Small ALF scope of work:

1. Initial walkthrough of the facility to determine compliance.

                A report of the findings will be provided.

1. Assistance filling out the application's physical environment section - if requested.
2. Regulatory expert for design and construction team questions and support.
3. Organization of all the physical environment documents for application. 
4. Tracking the application through the MDH system.
5. Responding to any requests from MDH for physical environment info.
6. Regulatory plan review and inspection letter responses for clients.
7. Pre-inspection of the facility (similar to a mock survey, but without the policy review).
8. On-site expert for regulatory inspection - if requested.
9. Final confirmation of when the license will be issued.

Medium ALF scope of work:

 Pre-application assistance:

1. Compliance and regulatory expert during schematic design.
2. Design development regulatory review.
3. Pre-review meeting with MDH. (if needed)
4. Final construction documents regulatory review.
5. Regulatory expert for design and construction questions/support.
6. Design and pre-construction meetings licensing support.
7. Organization of all the physical environment documents for the license application – if requested.

Post-application submittal assistance:

1. Regulatory expert for design and construction team questions and support.
2. Construction meetings licensing/compliance support.
3. Tracking of the application through the MDH system.
4. Regulatory expert responses to plan review requests from MDH for physical environment info.
5. Regulatory plan review letter responses for clients.
6. Pre-inspection to prepare for MDH inspection.
7. On-site expert for MDH inspection.
8. MDH inspection letter response.
