2. Organization of all the physical environment documents for submittal form.

3. Tracking the application through MDH system.

4. Responding to any and all pre-review requests from MDH for physical environment info.

5. Regulatory plan review letter responses for clients.

6. Pre-inspection similar to a mock survey, but without the policy review.

7. On-site expert for regulatory inspection.

8. Regulatory inspection letter responses for the clients.

9. Final confirmation of when the updated license will be issued.
